NetStar Intl was challenged by the Department of Health and Human Services to modernize its aging Nurse Education Loan Repayment Program (NELRP) system. For the past three years NetStar has continued to improve and maintain the system through:

The modernized NELRP system gives the agency a tool to easily manage loan repayment applications and to accurately administer and track payments.
