Lien Petruzzo, President and CEO -As Founder, President and CEO of NetStar Systems International, Inc., Ms. Petruzzo establishes the goals and objectives of the NetStar Systems International organization. She devises the strategies, formulates policies and monitors results to ensure that these objectives are being met. Ms. Petruzzo directs the operations of NETSTAR and provides general oversight of the executive staff. Prior to creating NetStar Systems International in 2000, Ms. Petruzzo held a succession of management and technical roles within the information technology (IT) services industry. Ms. Petruzzo was a Project Manager and Principal Software Engineer for Litton/PRC and UNISYS contributing significantly to major programs for federal clients such as U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Postal Services, and U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Ms. Petruzzo holds a degree in Computer Science from George Mason University .Rear Admiral Thomas A. Brooks, USN, Director -Rear Admiral Brooks enlisted in the Naval Reserve in the mid-1950s, and came on active duty in 1958. He was commissioned via Officer Candidate School as a Special Duty Officer (Intelligence) designator 163X, and served some 33 years as a Naval Intelligence officer, retiring in 1991 as a Rear Admiral and Director of Naval Intelligence. Upon retirement from the Navy, Admiral Brooks began a ten year career with AT&T. In 1995, President Clinton appointed Admiral Brooks to the Defense Policy Board. He served on the Defense Science Board Summer Study of 1997, was also appointed to the Joint Security Commission in 1999, and as on of three Presidential appointees to the Security Policy Advisory Board from 1998 through 2001. He is currently a member of the President's Council for the National Labs at the University of California, where he is past chairman of the Laboratory Security Panel, examining security as Los Alamos, Livermore, and Berkeley National Labs. He is also a member of the Secretary of the Navy's Advisory Subcommittee on Naval History and the Navy Research Advisory Counsel panel on Future Threats. Admiral Brooks is an Adjunct Faculty member at the Joint Military Intelligence College, where he has taught courses on Intelligence History, Warning, and Relationships Between Industry and Intelligence. He also serves on the Board of Directors of SAFENET Corporation, a leading supplier of communications security systems and, served eight years on the Board of Navy Mutual Aid. He is president of Naval Intelligence Professionals, past president of National Military Intelligence Association, and past Board member of Security Affairs Support Association. Jerry B. Caseman, Sr. VP, Corporate Business Development -Mr. Caseman has nearly twenty years of business development experience in the Intelligence Community market, plus broad operational experience in both SIGINT and IMINT domains of collection and processing for national and tactical customers. In the SIGINT domain, Mr. Caseman is a professional cryptologist with operational site manager experience, plus tactical SIGINT experience in both surface and airborne collection missions. In senior level staff positions, Mr Caseman is also experienced as mission level resource planner and POM sponsor at both agency and service levels. As a Special Assistant to the ASDC3I, Mr. Caseman served as program oversight lead for all OPSEC resources managed by the National Security Agency and managed a budget in excess of a billion dollars. |
